1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar browser storage help a website remember information, maintain security, and understand use where permission has been given.

2. Essential technologies

Novus uses essential session, CSRF, authentication, security, and consent-preference technologies. They are required for account access, forms, payment review, fraud prevention, and remembering your privacy choice. They cannot be disabled through the analytics preference control.

3. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics measurement ID G-GN5CFP6K9E to measure page views and selected funnel events. We do not intentionally send names, emails, company names, InstaPay addresses, filenames, order identifiers, or free-text notes. Dynamic portal identifiers are replaced with generic :id route segments before measurement.

Analytics storage is denied by default. No Analytics page view or conversion event is sent until you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics commonly uses identifiers such as _ga; duration is controlled by Google and the configured property settings. Our target Analytics data-retention setting is 14 months.

4. Your choice

Your preference is stored for 180 days. You can reject analytics and continue using the service. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred while consent was active.
