Refund Policy
When a Novus Formations order remains refundable and when external filing or third-party commitments make it non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Effective date: 10 July 2026
1. Before an external commitment
You may request cancellation and a refund while Novus has not submitted a government or other filing and has not paid, ordered, or irrevocably committed any government fee, registered-agent fee, filing-provider fee, or other third-party cost for your order.
2. When the order becomes non-refundable
The entire order becomes non-refundable as soon as any filing is submitted or any government, registered-agent, filing-provider, or other third-party payment is made or irrevocably committed. This applies even if an authority or third party later delays, rejects, or requests changes, because work and external costs have already been committed.
3. Duplicate payments and Novus cancellation
Verified duplicate payments will be corrected. If Novus cancels an order before an external commitment because we cannot provide the purchased service, we will refund the amount received for that unperformed order. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@novusformations.us from the address on your account and identify the order. Do not send payment credentials or identity documents by email. We will check the order timeline and confirm whether an external commitment has occurred.
5. Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned using an agreed available method after identity and payment checks. Bank or payment-network processing times are outside our control.
